The Project Delivery method is one of the alternatives to the traditional approach of Design-Bid-Build practice of construction. This method, which focuses on fast-paced projects, integrates the design and construction phases under one contract. This course is oriented on showing relevant aspects of this method from the perspective of one of it’s main components, the designer.
