Matt Johnson is a founding partner of Logan and Johnson Architecture. LLC. Before founding LOJO, Matt worked for Allied Works Architecture in Portland, Oregon and Steven Holl Architects in New York. He is currently an assistant professor at the University of Houston. He has taught previously at Yale University and Stanford University. Matthew received his Master of Architecture from the Yale University School of Architecture and his Bachelor degree with Humanities Honors from Stanford University. Matthew’s writing has been published in international journals on architecture and urbanism. His research focuses on the intersection of ecology, technology and urbanism, with architecture as the humanizing focus of that interaction.
